1.
Glory to all life And its willingness to die. When we finally take your mind, You will protect us, and starve to death. Worms, our mad guardians... We, last-stage parasitic gods... Propagate to consume the world. Infinite levels of us. We shall feed on each other forever. Glory of our lives. Insatiable need, then all hosts die. When we are finally of one mind, We find only others of our kind. Adapting, fed upon by the feeders, We wait inside the fattened lot, Exploding into myriad forms. Infinite levels of us. We shall feed on each other forever.
2.
Signals arc to the mind. A drive to the end of the line. Creeping so softly, biting down hard. Clamped at the end of its life. Vessels are ripe on the vine. Gods in the carcass waiting malign. Flower from the body, bless us. There will be more of more of our kind There at the end of the line. Claiming our kingdom, we are alive. A true beginning of life. Vessels are ripe on the vines. Gods in the bodies, unborn divine. Flower from the body, bless us. Nightmare worlds of decline. Spiraling end of the line, Taking the living, taking the minds. Controlled at the end of old life. New growth, death of bloodlines. Gods beneath skins biding their time. Flower from the body, bless us. Signals have taken all minds. Pushed to the end of the line. They finished softly, they bit down hard. The hush at the end of all life. Vessels are ripe on the vines. Gods in the bodies know it is time. Flower from the body, bless us. Flower from the body, bless us With white gossamer hair. Flower from the body blossoms, Spores erupting into air.

A Paler You 03:29
Lead me down the tarnished path Into your pathetic human mind. Feed me your wretched memories. Thick nourishment from nothing. The mind erodes into divine From this fragile human waste, Feeds me wretched memories. The emptiness of former life. Your thoughts will change to mine. Many become one within a paler you. Meaningless thoughts replaced. Meaningless lives forever erased. Lead me down your tarnished path Into your fleeing human mind And gorge me at the rancid feast Of memories thick, vomitous, false. Your thoughts will change to mine. Many become one within a paler you. Meaningless thoughts replaced. Meaningless lives forever erased. Your thoughts will change to mine.

Penetrated dawn of winged needles. Rotten masterpiece. Hives of minds, rows upon rows. A plague upon cursed beasts of living. Slothful, in decline. Hives of minds, rows upon rows. Dead within the faulty armor. Comfort overdose. Mindless kind erase the wall of sleep now! Rot of years. Failing flesh and bone, oh! Leeching out every last droplet. Glutton masterpiece. Hives of minds, rows upon rows. Fractured realms devoid of meaning. Frozen lies of time. Empty eyes and broken, useless woes. Dead within the faulty armor. Comfort overdose. Mindless kind erase the wall of sleep now! Destroy the bardo made of stone now! Rot of years. Failing flesh and bone, oh!
5.
Flow on the neural wind Like the spore plume. Flow underneath the mind. Flow on the ancient stem As the code blooms, Executing ancient designs. Move forth, my vessel For now I am you In the expanding new dawn. Pushed to the limits Of your body, You transmitter, you repurposed life. Voice there, usurper. Life feeds on life. Absences filled here. Unspooling of minds. I am now you there Where death creates new life. Realm of the vampire. Seasons of life. Endless, boundless. Drowned in the twilight Of a prison world. Drowned in a gaping hole.

Absence Of 03:58
Trees leaved by minions, Bodies bloomed and gone. The husks, the emptied. Bodies bloomed and gone. Fields once verdant Now lie littered With refuse of the gods. Children of the past. Gods of the least Who bore each other down. The prey, the life force, Bodies bloomed and gone. Dead world silence. Bodies bloomed and gone. Fields once verdant Now lie littered With refuse of the gods. Children of the past. Gods of the least Who bore each other down. Eat all life. Thrive on life Until all life dies. A silent kingdom. Bodies bloomed and gone. A fallen kingdom. Bodies bloomed and gone. Fields once verdant Now lie littered with refuse of the gods. Children of the past. Gods of the least Who wore each other down. Eaters all eaten. Bodies bloomed and gone. Nightmare world is no world And no world is Void.

about

The second slab of blackened caustic vitriol from the mysterious Dim Lords.

On the anonymous band's debut released on Nailbat in 2018, we found a fully formed amalgam of black metal, punk, and pyschedelic noise-rock. On "A Paler You," we find a more volatile mix of those ingredients and an examination of deep levels of parasitism.

The bile spit forth on these 6 tracks come from a shadowy group filled with disdain and one that carries no interest in interacting with any of us.

All music, lyrics & imagery executed by Dim Lords, 2020.
